Giuditta has a regular license for yachting in all Lake Como area, should it be a tour or a dinner disposal.
The boat has a regular insurance issued with Lloyd company which covers civil responsibility according to the Italian law. At time of boarding your captain will have to fill in a navigation contract and you will receive a copy. Never cruise without a contract, those company which do not issue it are abusive, and you tour without insurance!

Cruise rules
Cruises run also in case of rain. The boat has a cabin that can be covered and heated to grant you all necessary comfort with any weather condition. The captain is the sole person in charge to decide if a cruise or tour are feasible and his judgement is unique and indisputable. In case the captain decides to cancel the cruise for adverse weather conditions, including strong wind, the total amount paid will be refunded.
Smoking is not allowed!
The booking
At time of confirmation you will be requested to pay a 30% down payment to secure your booking.
The balance can be settled directly to the captain on the day, by cash or credit card.
Cancellation policy
30% down payment is not refundable in case of any cancellation.
